LOCALLY INSPIRED CUISINE
Our focus at Twisted Fork is to create seasonal fare, highlighting what’s fresh using ingredients from our local area and our nation. We support dozens of local farmers, producers and businesses. Our cuisine is handcrafted, approachable and unpretentious.
We make just about everything from scratch, down to the jams, dressings and even our bbq sauce, in house to address special diets. The few items we don’t prepare ourselves, like our breads, are supplied by the best bakeries we can find.
Our greatest emphasis is capturing the flavours of the season, highlighting them at their peak and also preserving them to savour throughout the year.
Chef Debra Poulin and her team are here to make your experience something special whether you are dining at our restaurant, getting take out, making one of our DIY kit or preparing a prep meal for you. Twisted Fork takes special care to accommodate special dietary needs like where we can and to ensure all safety precautions are taken.
We also offer catering and special event services. Chef Deb loves to sit down one on one to help plan weddings, private parties, wedding or birthday cakes and just about any event you have in mind.
